KAYPOH STOK is a stock-counting app for cafés, bars and restaurants that use KAYPOH. It is operated by Code Your Ambitions SH.P.K. The app is used by a venue's staff; accounts are created by the venue, not by the public.
Venue account. The email address the venue signs the device in with.
Staff identity. The name of each staff member who counts, and a personal PIN. PINs are stored only as a salted hash.
Stock records. Articles, stock counts, deliveries and purchases (supplier, invoice number, amounts and VAT), waste and staff consumption. Each record notes which staff member made it.
Photos you choose to take. The camera is used only when you tap it — to photograph an invoice or a damaged item.
Invoice scanning. If you scan an invoice, the photo is sent to our servers and processed by Anthropic's Claude API solely to read the invoice lines into the purchase form.
Crash reports. If the app fails, a technical report (device model, app version, error details) is sent to us so we can fix it.
No advertising, no analytics SDKs, no tracking across apps or websites, no sale or sharing of data for marketing, no location, no contacts, no microphone.
The venue's own staff and managers, according to the roles the venue assigns, and Code Your Ambitions for support and operation of the service.
Data is processed and stored on Google Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage, Hosting). Invoice scans are additionally processed by Anthropic as described above.
Records are kept while the venue's account is active. Venue owners can delete records in KAYPOH. To delete an account or its data, or for any other request, write to hello@codeyourambitions.com; we act on deletion requests within 30 days.
